Elite performed very well on this project from pre-con all the way through to delivery and handover, the standard of workmanship was very high and positive comments on the quality were received from the client. The O&M and documentation was also good and complete, providing PD with very little comments. We would highly recommend Elite and look forward to working with them in the future. Very proactive with the containment installation phase of the project, which was challenging and dependent on attendances from the client’s teams who were not always as dedicated as Elite.

Always willing and able to react to client’s last-minute change of plans, especially during the Pro-watch panel change over phase.

A special mention to the Elite foreman; Tom Stamp, whose can-do attitude had a really positive impact on the successful completion of this project. He is a real asset to Elites business.

Very flexible and good communication all around.

I first met Elite when I worked on 22 Bishopsgate – Beazley project with Keith Mitchel. I asked to see if Elite could do this project with me as I knew it would need a good team to be able to deliver the client’s cornerstone.
I was introduced to Andy Harris and Martin Heath as my Elite team. I would like to say that they were outstanding managers both of them would keep me updated on progress and any issues on-site and with deliveries.
Martin would always go the extra mile and he showed real professionalism with his team and how he kept them on the programme despite challenges from other subcontractors
A well deserved 10 for me look forward to working with Elite in the future.

Elite Electrical are our preferred sub contractor because they know how we work and what we expect on all our projects.

Validation report was to a high standard and was well put together, Elite were on programme and even procured items early on so it would not affect the PC date.

Steve, Peter and team are friendly helpful and welling to work with us which is nice to see. One thing to note is going forward we would like more full time supervision on site even if you are working on smaller projects.

Jim, Keith and the team helped deliver the project really well. There were a lot of challenges that had to be overcome including some that existed within the building, challenges from the landlord(s) and some that cropped up. All were handled well and solutions were promptly organised.
Jim was on top of health and safety and all items raised were rectified swiftly and the management of his site team was perfect.
