Well executed installation under the supervision of Bob Burkin and all his team on site.

Very well executed smaller project which enables larger project to begin.

Matt and the team completed the cable pulling works on time without too many issues. Were generally tidy, worked safely and helped with the overall handover of the project.

Never any issues with Elite, quite handy they were working just below on another one of our projects.

Paul Larkin is very helpful and gets the job done.

Elite Martin Heath was a really good PM on this project very proactive and went the extra mile for all of the Section 1 fit out GF reception and lift lobbies 1-9.
Very happy working with Elite Electrical and would like to work with Martin Heath .

No issues. Always very helpful and delivered to high quality. Good to have a younger team in and still achieve the same results.

Site staff worked well in an occupied area.

Great to work with the Elite team on this one.

Andy has everything under control and costs are always reasonable.

Andy & Ian acted on everything asked of them on-site and again delivered a project of good quality.

The only comment is snagging should be issued without being chased by Overbury.

Works on site managed well by Paul Larkin, all works are completed in a timely fashion when requested.

No Snags, Commissioning arranged after Corridor ceiling install, no issues.

Great project from Elite and the team; Mike Openshaw and James Hughes delivered a superb project with minimal snags, great forward planning throughout and always on top of the project and the program.
Lessons Learnt item going forward is hard hats need to be present a constant reminder from Overbury is not the best practice and the management need to address this.

We were very fortunate to have Mike and James on this project together as they were real team players and had an honest interest in the project, backed up with great knowledge and a very can-do attitude, a real pleasure to work with.

Elite performed very well on this project from pre-con all the way through to delivery and handover, the standard of workmanship was very high and positive comments on the quality were received from the client. The O&M and documentation was also good and complete, providing PD with very little comments. We would highly recommend Elite and look forward to working with them in the future. Well done to James Hughes and Keith Mitchell.
