Completion of a 6 floor Cat A to Cat B fit-out consisting of modifications and additions to existing lighting, lighting control, small power, alterations to the electrical infrastructure, new UPS and adaptations to the buildings power management system
The installation consisted of relocations of open plan recessed linear type luminaires, as well as the installation of new suspended slot type luminaires, track mounted spotlights and recessed down lights. Alterations to the existing Simmtronic Lighting Control System were made, to facilitate PIR controlled lighting to the office areas, scene setting and temperature control plates to meeting rooms.as well as daylight dimming to perimeter luminaires.
New underfloor power, consisting of underfloor power tracks supplying power to desks via tap off leads and power bar modules. The installation also included new power to tea points, audio visual systems, mechanical systems, comms rooms and cleaners socket outlets throughout the space.
Alterations were made to the existing high level modular wiring system to provide power to new fan-coil units installed throughout the space.
