Elite competitively tendered all phases of the project and won one. They performed well on the phase they completed.

Contractors working for Elite were Hall and Kay Fire alarms, these were a struggle to get information from also SCS the client novated access control company had staff changes early in the project which led to some confusion and a delay in information

Second time that I have worked with Elite recently. At the start of the proiect Anthony Furlong asked where I thought improvements could be made. I mentioned that on the previous project health and safety standards dropped as the project progressed. There were no such issues on this project. Good to see that the conversation was taken on board. Easy team to work with!

Keith Mitchells attitude to the project was excellent. Although ‘small works’ he still organised his team diligently and did whatever was asked of him

Elite Electrical done well on this job and to be honest they were consistent from start to finish. Keith Mitchell, Paul Larkin and team all know how Overbury work and the standards we require. A few things this team done onsite to make us think this are: 1. Monitor labour levels from start to finish to make sure they are on programme, if not bettering it. 2. Install to a high standard throughout the project to make sure they do not need to return to an item once completed. 3. If they do get pulled up on a snag which is rare, they plan to close this out straight away, without us chasing them. 4. Take on board new ideas for example record their own good and bad H&S observations, then share this with us in there weekly project report updates. Thanks for your help getting this project over the line. Very efficient on the BREEAM and environmental requirements of the project also, often submitting information before key dates and with no need to chase. Often actively opening the conversation to check that all information provided was correct and sufficient and reviewing any requirements which were outstanding.
