We pride ourselves on our apprentice training scheme and have had huge success since we were formed in 1999 and have seen it as a massive part of our continued growth and success, we see it as our duty to the industry and not only train but nurture and mentor these young people into fully grown mature level headed adults by the time that they have achieved their final qualifications and over the years have seen many of our trained apprentices become part of our management team. We have currently 11 of our management team that have come through our training ranks, we not only train individuals from a young age but are keen to strengthen peoples skills and provide opportunities for late developers into the industry who are keen to become either skilled tradesman or are looking a bit further ahead and want to become part of the management team. We at Elite feel that if you have a “can do pro-active attitude” you can achieve whatever you want to and will give these like-minded individuals every chance to succeed within our business.

Electrical Apprentices Employed = 62.
Successfully Qualified Apprentices = 49.
Electricians Still Employed = 28.
Management Staff Employed via Apprentice Scheme = 11.
We are very proud of our track record and are keen to continue this for many years to come, we have a great relationship with local colleges and are in constant contact with them throughout the 4 years to best understand the needs of every one of our individual apprentices within the scheme at that particular time.
