The scheme included but not limited to, new open plan recessed slot lighting, tile replacement and recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms. New meeting room feature lighting, lighting control modifications utilising the existing Simmtronic equipment and supplementing with new.

New underfloor power consisting of power track being served by both raw and UPS backed power respectively via assigned desk power via tap off leads and power bar modules, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets. The Fire modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractor.
