Gregg Barnes
Director
Managing Director at Elite Electrical after my partner of 17 years decided to retire on me in March 2021! I am immensely proud of what we have achieved here at Elite with a great team my interests outside of work include playing golf, long walks with my girlfriend with a nice pub or restaurant at the end of it! I enjoy socialising generally both on a business and personal level. I love cooking on the BBQ whenever I get the chance and spending time with my daughter Betsie who is growing up too fast! I am a huge cricket and a Man Utd nut who has travelled around Europe watching them play.
Dave Barker
AutoCAD Manager
Hi I am Dave Barker; I have been at Elite Electrical for 9 years as AutoCAD Manger. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. As well as this I go enjoy holidays, playing golf, going swimming, cycling and eating out with lovely food.
Grace Kilbride
Business Support & Development Manager
I joined the Elite Electrical team in 2021 as the Business Support & Development Manager. My role involves overseeing the various office-based departments within Elite Electrical including the Estimating and O&M’s Department. I am also involved in the mentoring and managing of the apprentices and overseeing their journey to becoming successful electricians. Away from work I like to workout at the gym as well as winding down with yoga and meditation. My other passions are music festivals, travelling and enjoying different cultures and experiences.
Andy Harris
Pre-Constructions Director
Joined Elite Electrical 12 years ago as an electrician and have progressed in that time from a site supervisor to my current role as a contracts manager and have enjoyed evolving with the company over this period of time. My main passion is delivering projects on time and within budget and developing good relationships with clients that we work with. I also enjoy nurturing new prospects from within the business and help them learn new skills that then can progress forward with their own careers. Outside of work my main hobbies are Golf & Skiing as well as spending time with my wife and 3 children.
Steve Powell
Senior Contracts Manager
Hi I am Steve, I have worked for Elite Electrical for 6 years as a Contracts Manager. Outside of work I love playing and watching sports in particular playing Football and Golf. As well as this I enjoy holidays with friends and family and eating out with good food and drink.
Keith Mitchell
Operations Manager
Hi I am Keith Mitchell, I have been at Elite Electrical for 16 years, I started as a site Electrician, then progressed to project manager now I am a Contracts Manager. Outside of work I enjoy watching football, going out to eat and spending time with my family and friends.
Dave Coles
Senior Estimator
Me and my team have provided estimating services to Elite for the past 12 years and like to think that I provide cost certainty and understanding of projects from an early stage. In my spare time, I am very much a family man have a love of Chelsea FC, house and dance music is also a big passion and can often be heard when visiting my desk, I also have a love for darts and like to partake in the odd game of golf whilst enjoying a beer in my local social club afterwards.
Alan Smith
Finance Manager
I do try to visit the gym as often as possible, while other interests include long country walks with my wife and visiting as many chilli festivals as possible. Love going out with friends and family and enjoying either a craft beer or scrumpy! Visit Italy as often as possible, aspiring to visit as many different places each year as we can.
Anthony Furlong
Contracts Manager
My name is Anthony Furlong, I’ve worked for the company for 17 years. My career with the company has progressed from working as an Electricians Apprentice to my recent role to Contracts Manager. I’ve been involved in some challenging projects along the way but have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Elite Electrical. Outside of work I like to spend time with my twin boys or on the Golf course.
Matt Dennis
Contracts Manager
My name is Matt Dennis and I have been with Elite 20 years working up through the ranks from apprentice, electrician, project manager to recently contracts manager. Have enjoyed my years working with elite and am thankful for the stability within the company and opportunity to progress. Outside of work my spare time is filled with spending time with my family, coaching my sons football team, playing football and enjoying a few beers.

Hi my names Matt , I first started working with elite in 2011 as an electrician , I progressively moved into project management and then worked my way to my current role as contracts manager. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the family , fishing and watching my sons play football.
