Completion of multiple CAT B floors, office space, reception area, flexible meeting rooms, wellness area and new staircase.

Works consist of modifications/additions to existing Lighting, lighting control, Fire Alarm, aspiration system, MER/SER rooms, Mechanical Plant deck, small power, situated in the city of London.

The scheme included but not limited to, installation of open plan suspended lighting, suspended linear lighting, recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms along with new feature pendants with bespoke trough lighting. Lighting control modifications utilising the existing Prolojik equipment and supplementing with new.

New underfloor power consisting of hard-wired/low level busbar power Floor boxes and grommets providing power to assigned desks via tap off leads and power bar modules, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets. The Fire modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractor.
