Brilliant! Paul and Keith really did a superb job in all aspects of this project. Love working with these guys and making a complex project look easy.

Contractors working for Elite were Hall and Kay Fire alarms, these were a struggle to get information from also SCS the client novated access control company had staff changes early in the project which led to some confusion and a delay in information.

Matt and the team completed the cable pulling works on time without too many issues. Were generally tidy, worked safely and helped with the overall handover of the project.

Well executed installation under the supervision of Bob Burkin and all his team on site.

Very proactive, James was always there and accommodating.

Great project from Elite and the team; Mike Openshaw and James Hughes delivered a superb project with minimal snags, great forward planning throughout and always on top of the project and the program.
Lessons Learnt item going forward is hard hats need to be present a constant reminder from Overbury is not the best practice and the management need to address this.

We were very fortunate to have Mike and James on this project together as they were real team players and had an honest interest in the project, backed up with great knowledge and a very can-do attitude, a real pleasure to work with.

No major issues. Working in close contact with tenants went very well. Good relationships were maintained with in house maintenance contractor Jaguar and Security.
All operatives had good site attitude, also helpful in the design stage with VE.
