Pre-Contract: Excellent Design: Excellent Financial Approach: Health & Safety: Acceptable – however 1 issue with working at height. Environmental: Excellent Site Attitude: Excellent Quality: Excellent – O&M: Excellent Recommended: Yes Comments: Elite were by far the best contractor on this project. Sam Oats was proactive and helpful throughout. There were issued with the existing system as well as procurement / VE. Final commissioning of the lighting was delayed due to an inherited, outdated lighting controls system and an incumbent contractor. We would work with Elite again on other projects.

Elite were fantastic and a pleasure to work with.
They were everything we would like for in a contractor – helpful, proactive, real team players.
They had a change of Contracts Manager during the course of the project, due to Andy Dimond leaving Elite, however, the way they handled it was spot on.
Bob Burkin was excellent and the site guys were great.
The only reason Elite have not been given a 10 on Health and Safety is due to us not “resting on our laurels” and always looking to improve on H&S standards.
Everything else is scored as maximum, which is fully deserved.

BEST ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IN LONDON

Elite Martin Heath was a really good PM on this project very proactive and went the extra mile for all of the Section 1 fit out GF reception and lift lobbies 1-9.
Very happy working with Elite Electrical and would like to work with Martin Heath .

Great project from Elite and the team; Mike Openshaw and James Hughes delivered a superb project with minimal snags, great forward planning throughout and always on top of the project and the program.
Lessons Learnt item going forward is hard hats need to be present a constant reminder from Overbury is not the best practice and the management need to address this.

We were very fortunate to have Mike and James on this project together as they were real team players and had an honest interest in the project, backed up with great knowledge and a very can-do attitude, a real pleasure to work with.

Paul Larkin- and team were proactive and communicated well with us and other subcontractors on the project. Any minor problems that occurred were quickly dealt with, corrected or solved.

Keith was always contactable and attended all meetings and was quick with responses to queries

The issue with late installation of power modules was dealt with without any fuss or drama which was noted and appreciated
