Completion of CAT B Reception, lounge, Basement End of Trip Facilities and Roof Terrace.

Works consist of new lighting control system, lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, Data, Mechanical power & Small power, situated in the West End of London.

The scheme included but not limited to, installation of feature pendant & linear lighting in reception, recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms along with new feature floor lamps. External lighting consisted of wall mounted luminaires and feature bollard lighting.

Lighting control consisted of a new Simmtronic Lighting Control systems linked to a head end PC.

New underfloor power consisting of hard-wired floor grommets providing power to assigned desks, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets as well as pop up bar power. The Fire modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractor.
