Completion of CAT B floor, office space, reception area, flexible meeting rooms, cellular office and roof terrace.

Works consist of modifications/additions to existing Lighting, lighting control, Fire Alarm, Mechanical power & small power, situated in the West End of London.

The scheme included but not limited to, installation of bespoke tuneable lighting in the reception area, recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms along with new feature floor lamps and pendants. Lighting control modifications utilising the existing Prolojik equipment and supplementing with new.

New underfloor power consisting of hard-wired/low level busbar power Floor boxes and grommets providing power to assigned desks via tap off leads and power bar modules, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets. The Fire modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractor.
