Completion of a single floor Cat A to Cat B fit matching existing demise. Works consist of modifications/additions to existing Lighting, lighting control, Fire Alarm, small power, situated in the city of London.

The scheme included but not limited to, relocations of open plan recessed slot lighting, tile and recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms along with new feature pendants with bespoke trough lighting. Lighting control modifications utilising the existing Simmtronic equipment and supplementing with new.

New underfloor power consisting of hard-wired power Floor boxes and grommets providing power to assigned desks via tap off leads and power bar modules, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets. The Fire modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractor.
