Project Description
Exposed Services 11 Floors CAT-B fit-out refurbished to a high specification for a leading international media company in Kings Cross. Each floor was designed to meet the end users’ requirements which included sound studios, a cinema room, open-plan office spaces, meeting rooms, comms rooms and a commercial kitchen on the ground floor. The project received BREEAM Outstanding rating.
