Completion of a whole floor fit at taking from a Cat A to Cat B. The project involved modifications and additions to lighting control and High level mechanical power. New low level small power and lighting.

Elite completed a new lighting install. Which included LED tile lights in the open office space, Downlights within office’s and track lights in meeting rooms. Feature lighting design install within Reception and client area. As part of the feature lighting design a continues LED suspended liner luminaire which run throughout. A Simmtronic lighting control system commission to control all luminaires via PIR’s and scene setting plates.

Low level power consist of underfloor power tracks to supply to desks via tap lead and power bar modules. Also as part of the installation audio visual, Tea points and cleaners sockets across the floor.
