Completion of a single floor Cat A+ flexible working space, New Tenants Lighting & Power Distribution Boards, Roof Terrace Lighting & Power, Fire Alarm, Security & Data installation. New Comms Rooms complete with lighting & Power Distribution boards, VESDA protection integrated rack UPS. Works consist of lighting & power, mains distribution

The scheme included but not limited to, installation of open plan suspended lighting and recessed down lighting to corridors along with new feature pendants. Lighting control consists of new Simmtronic Lighting Control system linked back to a head end PC.

Small power consists of underfloor power tracks, floor boxes, floor grommets, desk power, AV power supplies cleaners socket outlets and mechanical power supplies such as solenoids, FCUs, water heaters, sensor flushes & BMS panels.

A new Fire Alarm Installation has been carried out and commissioned as part of an L1 system. New cabling has been linked back to the existing Fire Alarm Panel. VESDA detection has been installed in the Comms Rooms along with separate control panels.
