This multi floor fit-out was undertaken to refurbish the existing client’s space and used us creating a swing space to allow the phased works to take place. This was one of our largest fit-outs of this type at that particular time and included new sub-mains cabling to all floors, new switch panels to allow tenant to be standalone from the remainder of the buildings tenants these had to be strategically installed to enable as little disruption as possible. A new UPS was installed to allow back of the new IT systems and lighting and power installation provided to enable a long tenancy.
