Project Description
From what started as a one-floor Cat A with suspended ceilings and LED panels became a Bespoke Cat A installation to Level 1 once the original ceiling construction with coffers had been discovered became 4 floors of Cat A, one floor Cat B, a temporary agents area installation for perspective tenant one day and a WC / Core areas re-fresh project. The Cat A floors included a prototype lighting system including design by Zumtobel that included new controls within the existing coffered vaulted ceiling that was retained and sprayed in keeping with original building fabric. This is definitely one of our most satisfying projects to date.
