Complete Strip out and Installation of Half of the floor due to the previous demise split being removed across the floor. This included new office space, reception area and meeting rooms. New distribution board installed renewal of Helvar lighting control system. Desk power comprising of Raw mains power and UPS back power. Alterations to existing Fire Alarm System.
