Project Description

One level Cat B fit-out from existing Cat A with a complex diverse route Comms room installation fed from the existing building generator backed risers. New lighting and small power installations including mechanical fed from existing tenants’ distribution boards located at the four corners of the floor, new traders’ area with bespoke suspended lighting controls system to control lux levels. Incumbent fire alarm contractors were used to carry out these works. At the time this was our largest single floor fit-out to date and took 24 weeks to complete.
