Project Description

Completion of multiple areas on a single floor Cat A to Cat B fit. Works consist of modifications/additions to existing Lighting, lighting control, Fire Alarm, small power and security situated in the West End of London.

The scheme included but not limited to, relocations of open plan recessed slot lighting, tile and recessed down lighting to corridors and meeting rooms along with new feature pendants. Lighting control modifications utilising the existing Prolojik equipment and supplementing with new.

New underfloor power consisting of hard-wired power Floor boxes and grommets providing power to assigned desks via tap off leads and power bar modules, new tea point power and cleaner’s outlets. The Fire and Security modifications were carried out by the building incumbent contractors
