Project Description
New small power installations, new lighting and conventional controls to Offices, meeting rooms, lift lobby and stairwells. A new Fire alarm system has been installed throughout the building by a Fire Alarm contractor appointed by Elite Electrical.
In addition, a new 16W TPN Switchboard and associated sub-mains and metering have been installed to serve all levels and the North/South Buildings. New escape lighting has been installed on all stairwells and the ground floor to illuminate all escape routes from Level 1.
