Project Description
A refurbishment of the student union Art bar at the Kensington campus. The new scheme consists of open-service ceiling voids and new tray-mounted LED tubular lighting. Additionally, a modification of the existing fire alarm system to suit the new layout. New high-level containment. New feature and functional lighting and emergency lighting. New small power and mechanical power has been installed to the seating and DJ area, bar area storage rooms WC’s and bursar offices.
